Bellevue University Career Services to Host Virtual Career Fair on October 26

Bellevue University will host a Virtual Career Fair on Thursday, Oct. 26, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. open to all current students and alumni.

The event featuring companies such as Veridian Credit Union, Kohl’s, Goodwill, CHI Health, WarHorse and Mosaic, will be held online via Handshake, a career fair technology platform that works through mobile devices. 

Register for the Bellevue University career fair here which opens on Monday, Oct. 16.

In preparation for the fair, attendees will also have the opportunity to join the Career Fair Ready workshop, on Oct. 18, from 4 to 5 p.m. CDT, online via Handshake. This workshop will share how a virtual career fair works, what to expect, and quick tips to prepare for the big event. 

“We encourage attendees to take advantage of all the virtual workshops leading up to the fair to learn about how to make yourself a strong job candidate, how to respond to questions and how to best demonstrate your knowledge and qualifications for the position you want,” said Terra Beethe, Career Services Coach.

• Creating A Career Plan Workshop – Thursday, October 5, 2023, 12-1 pm CDT @ Handshake a career plan lists short- and long-term career goals and the actions you can take to achieve them.
