Unlike traditional, transactional advising models, Bellevue’s admissions advisors and student coaches take a holistic view of student success. I have genuine empathy for my students when they are dealing with personal matters like a sick child, or a change in their job, because I know how stressful that would be if it were me.

• Communicating course participation expectations, academic standards and assisting with academic concerns
