Bellevue University Celebrates Alumni on “50 Over 50” Awards List
The BLOC recognized 50 community leaders through its annual “50 Over 50” awards. Several Bellevue University alumni and President Dr. Mary Hawkins were named to the 2025 list.

2025 “50 Over 50” Awards Recognize Community Leaders
Fifty community leaders were recognized this year through The BLOC’s annual “50 Over 50” awards, celebrating individuals who make a significant impact in their communities across a range of industries.
Several Bellevue University-affiliated leaders were honored in the 2025 awards, including alumni:

- Kimberly Sherrod Barnes
- Cristina Castro Matukewicz
- Marcos A. Hernandez
- Ralph Kellogg
- Robin Larsen
- Mark Mathia
In addition, Bellevue University President Dr. Mary Hawkins was also named to this year’s list of awardees.
