Focus Will Be on Implementing a Strategic Account Management Program for Organizations

Three members of the Bellevue University partnerships team will deliver a presentation on Strategic Account Management (SAM) implementation at the Strategic Account Management Manager Association (SAMA) Annual Conference in San Diego, May 23-25.

The Bellevue University presenters will be Liz Pettinger, Director of Key Account Management and Operations; James Degner, Key Account Manager; and Todd Lardenoit, Director of Community College Transfer. Their session, “SAM Implementation: How to Kick-Start the Process” is scheduled for May 23, from 4:15-5:30 p.m. and again on May 24, from 9:45-11 a.m. at the Hotel del Coronado.

“Our goal is to share our experiences with SAMA attendees at all levels,” said Pettinger. “We want to help others across various industries understand how we successfully navigated and implemented a phased approach to strategic account management inside our non-profit university.”

The SAMA annual conference brings together strategic and key account professionals from hundreds of organizations.
