Bellevue University has been ranked among the nation’s top producers of bachelor’s degrees and graduate degrees for minority graduates. The 2022–2023 rankings were announced in late 2024 on the Top 100 Degree Producers list released by Diverse: Issues in Higher Education.
Category Rankings
Bellevue University, which is one of the country's majority-minority serving institutions, ranked as the number one producer of total minority graduates with bachelor's degrees conferred in business operations support and assistant services. The University also ranked number one in three other categories for graduates from various ethnic backgrounds conferred in business operations support and assistant services. Bellevue University also had nine other top 10 category rankings, including:
- For health and medical administrative services - second for all races combined, master's; third for African American, master's; third for Asian American, master's; and third for total minority, master's.
- For business operations and assistant services - fifth for Hispanic, bachelor's.
- For family and consumer sciences/health sciences - sixth for African American, master's.
- For business/commerce general - eighth for Asian American, both bachelor's and master's.
- For business, management, marketing, and related support services - ninth for all races combined, doctorate.

Ranking Methodology
The annual ranking from Diverse: Issues in Higher Education ranks the Top 100 producers of associate’s, bachelor’s and master’s degrees awarded to underrepresented students. The results are compiled from analysis based on the Integrated Postsecondary Data System results, collected by the U.S. Department of Education’s National Center for Education Statistics.
