Bellevue University Ranked as Top School for Veterans by College Factual

BELLEVUE, Nebraska – Bellevue University, one of the nation’s leaders in preparing students for lifelong success with career-relevant knowledge and skills, has been selected as one of College Factual’s Best Colleges for Veterans in the United States for 2021. Bellevue University was ranked No. 14 based on a methodology that considers many factors important to veterans, including veteran resources and affordability.

Ranked at No. 14 nationwide in College Factual’s most recent Best for Veterans ranking, Bellevue University is in the top 1% of the country for veterans or active-duty military seeking a quality education.

“We are proud to receive the recognition as a top school for veterans and active-duty military members,” President Dr. Mary Hawkins said. “Since it was founded by World War II veteran Bill Brooks in 1966, Bellevue University has provided high quality educational services, as well as the flexibility and support that our men and women in uniform need to be successful.”

Bellevue University is consistently recognized as one of the most military-friendly colleges and universities in the country by the Military Times, Military Advanced Education and more.

Dr. Hawkins cited Bellevue University’s designation as an official Purple Heart campus and the University’s freestanding Military Veteran Services Center as examples of the University’s commitment to those who are serving – or who have served – in the military.

College Factual's Best Colleges for Veterans ranking was created with objective, outcomes-based data. They were designed with the success of student veterans in mind to reward colleges that are offering a great education at an excellent price to both veterans and active-duty military.
