Workforce Skills Assessment Overview
Bellevue University developed the Workforce Skills Assessment to help employers evaluate workforce capabilities and identify areas for development. The assessment defines 17 skills for individuals, managers, and leaders and organizes them into a single competency model that employers can use within their organizations.
“The Workforce Skills Assessment instrument is a diagnostic tool designed to identify real-world leadership skills. Employers can use the results to focus on performance and growth goals,” said Dr. Mary Hawkins, President of Bellevue University.
The online tool provides individual results that show strengths and opportunities for growth. It also allows managers and team leads to review results at a group level to support performance and development planning.
