Broome Community College Students Can Pursue 4-Year Degrees Through A New Special Tuition Rate Thanks to Ongoing Partnership With National Online University

Thanks to an ongoing partnership with one of the country’s leading online universities, New York residents enrolled at SUNY Broome Community College now can enjoy a lower tuition rate when they transfer to Bellevue University.

The schools’ Premier Partner arrangement means Broome Community College graduates are able to bring their entire associate degree with them, putting them nearly halfway through their bachelor’s degree. All bachelor’s degree-seeking students who transfer through the partnership will be eligible for a preferred $350 credit hour tuition rate.

“This partnership creates transfer opportunities that add value to students’ lives and supports the health of their community,” Jim Nekuda, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Bellevue University, said. “Students who transfer to Bellevue University can learn online. They don’t have to leave their hometowns, their families or their jobs to commute to a distant campus.”

Bellevue University has one full-time Relationship Manager on campus serving students. The Relationship Manager is responsible for coordinating and building programming to serve Broome Community College students. Megan Comstock can be contacted by emailing mcomstock@bellevue.edu or by calling 531-233-8681.
