Catch the Return of Gangsters vs. Nazis Presentation at Pierce Public Library
Bellevue University librarian Jessica Omer will present Gangsters vs. Nazis at the Pierce Public Library, 207 W Court St, Pierce, NE, on Monday, Oct. 6, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.
This presentation explores a lesser-known chapter of American history, focusing on events in the 1930s when Nazi ideology began to surface in the United States. The talk will focus on how a judge, a rabbi, and an unlikely alliance with gangsters took a stand to stop its spread.
Those who missed the presentation earlier this year will have another opportunity to attend.
The event is free and open to the public.
