Dr. Julia Cronin-Gilmore Announced as 2024 CUES Distinguished Director Award Winner
Dr. Julia Cronin-Gilmore has been named the winner of the 2024 CUES Distinguished Director Award, presented by the Credit Union Executives Society (CUES). This award recognizes board members who have made significant contributions to their credit union's growth and success.
As the award winner, Dr. Cronin-Gilmore will receive complimentary registration to the CUES Directors Conference, a trophy, an interview with CUES CEO Heather McKissick, and recognition at an award celebration. She will also be featured on CUES' social media platforms and receive $500 to donate to a charity of her choice.
Dr. Julia Cronin-Gilmore, a dedicated advocate for the credit union movement, has been instrumental in driving Cobalt Credit Union's growth and success during her 15-year tenure on the Board of Directors. Under her leadership, the credit union's assets have expanded exponentially from $400 million to over $1.2 billion.

She holds a Ph.D. in business with a specialization in marketing, a master's in management, and a bachelor's in marketing.
