Columbia University professor Michael Bazigos will explore how personality and mindfulness influence victory and defeat. He will discuss:

• The evidence base behind the linkage between leader traits, organizational and personal outcomes • How trait-based assessments are used by leading companies in the selection and development of leaders in critical roles • Specific behavioral workarounds for individual trait-based predispositions • How Eastern and Western approaches can be blended together to increase personal mindfulness and success
