New Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Finance Offers Stackable Credits

Three-Course Certificate Can Be Completed in as Little as Six Months

The Bellevue University College of Business has launched a new graduate-level Certificate of Completion (CoC) in Healthcare Finance that stands to benefit both current students and industry professionals.

To earn the certificate, students will complete three courses examining health organization revenue cycles and physician billing. Successful healthcare revenue cycle management helps organizations ensure timely revenue and financial viability, making it possible to deliver quality care to patients.

According to Dr. Mike Freel, Program Director of the University’s MHA program, “Working professionals can complete this certificate relatively quickly. And graduate students may be able to add credits earned in their degree program toward the certificate.”

A member of the Higher Education Network of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Bellevue University offers an online MHA program, healthcare certificates and degree concentrations, as well as several undergraduate degrees in the healthcare field.
