New Non-Profit Is on a Mission to Guide Military Veterans, Transitioning Service Members and First Responders on a Transformative Journey

Hero’s Encore will open its doors to the public on May 3, 1-3 p.m., for a “Meet and Greet” at its new location inside the Bellevue University Military Veteran Services Center (MVSC).

During the event, the Hero’s Encore team will share more on the mission of the music-based non-profit with therapeutic benefits and the three key elements of the Hero’s Encore program: 1) Foundational music skills, 2) Creative Expression, and 3: Performance Readiness. The program is completely free of charge for heroes.

“This program empowers heroes and their families to heal, reconnect and discover their purpose, said Taylor Ullom, Founder, President and Executive Director of Hero’s Encore. “We’re excited to begin this journey to create lasting impact in the lives of those who have served, either through the military or as a first responder.”

The event will take place at the MVSC, which is located at 818 Bruin Blvd., Bellevue, Nebraska. No RSVP is required for the Meet and Greet event. Free parking is available in either University Lot D or E.
