Women on a Mission Annual Conference Set for March 22

Conference Designed to Inspire and Educate Women and Girls Across Metro Area

Women on a Mission for Change will host its annual conference for women and girls throughout the metro area on Friday, March 22, starting at 8 a.m. at Bellevue University. The conference will be held in the Administrative Services Building located at 812 Bruin Blvd., Bellevue, Nebraska 68005. Free parking will be available.

The conference will feature keynote speaker, Andrea Forsht. Forsht and other speakers will discuss topics in education, spirituality, health, finance and negotiation.

Those interested in attending can register online at https://www.womenonamissionomaha.org/event-details/womens-confrence-2024. Individual tickets are $80; college student tickets are $30, high school girls can attend for $15 and exhibitors can attend for $85.

According to event organizer Gina Ponce, the conference stands as a beacon of empowerment in Nebraska and is committed to helping girls and women see their potential.

"Empowerment begins with recognizing the potential within ourselves,” said Ponce. “Through education, inspiration, and community, Women on a Mission for Change paves the way for women and girls to realize their power and create meaningful change in their lives and communities."

Women on a Mission for Change is a nonprofit organization that provides resources and opportunities to women and girls through its annual conference. The organization focuses on advancing education in five pillar areas: career, health, life skills, spirituality and education.
